Tarheels is from revolutionary war.... Not war of northern aggression. I would assume the same thing for UVA given that Thomas Jefferson founded the school.

So Texas and Texas A&m are willing to separate, two huge public schools that have hated each other for 100 years, but UNc and duke, one public and one small private school, who didn't really give a shite about each other until the late 80s, won't separate?
