I know that SoCal has won more than three national championship in both baseball and football with at least three different coaches.

Off the top of my head, in baseball:

Sam Barry-Dedeaux
Rod Dedeaux
(would have made a great LSU name)
Mike Gillespie

In football:

Jones
McKay
Robinson
Carroll

I'm thinking Michigan did it in football as well.

Yost
Kipke
Crisler
Oosterbaan
Carr

Texas baseball:

Falk
Gustafson
Garrido
