California prison are the most overcrowded. I don't care model citizen or not this act was so horrific she gets shot down for years even if she was eligible.
For the record all of the Manson members are still behind bars, not just Charles. Well the ones from the murders. One had been paroled but it was shot down by the governor a few days ago. It's why I used them as an example.
