TiM....wtf? If you need to put sugar or some other sweetening agent in your grits you might as well eat fricking Cream of Wheat
Butter, salt and pepper and hot sauce are the only acceptable condiments for the delicious grit. Grits are always better than hashbrowns, end of story.
