I have Flesh's records from the previous football season, so no that was not always the case. The Team Board Admins aren't always available either, so I implemented a system so that we don't have to harass the Admins for a few extra votes

It depended on their given team poster/situation. For instance, we were looking at a situation where one of our guys would've potentially not been voting this year. I had no problem asking one of the other UK folks to fill in instead of doing it myself. I don't see why that's an issue.

The two posters we put up for voters last season were the same two that voted for UK all season.
