At a minimum, Stewart's NASCAR career is over
He's also majority owner of Stewart-Haas Racing.......which runs the teams and owns the cars of Danica Patrick, Kurt Bush, and Kevin Harvick.
Lots of dominoes ready to fall if this things as ugly as it looks and sounds.

Guys who drive vehicles full of flammable liquids round in circles at high speeds are supposed to eventually die doing so. NASCAR is white trash reality TV. This thread is proof.
You know who I feel sorry for? The children of nascar fans. They are the real victims.

First off, I am anything but a racing fan. Never liked Tony Stewart either. Having said that, at what point does someone speak up and say how much of an idiotic act the victim made by thinking he was entitled to start a fist fight on an active race track. Sprint cars whizzing by at high speeds and the kid wants to make a scene right there. Now, he never deserved what he got, obviously; but if you want to start a fight with another driver you should probably fume about it for a bit and catch Tony in the pit area.
As for the accident itself, no one can speak about the intent except Tony Stewart. But it appears like Stewart wanted to scare the kid and just got too close. I am sure that Stewart will say something that absolves him of guilt, though I would imagine his race career will ultimately end because of this.
