Auburn was 3 plays away from being an 8-4 team last year. MSU, UGA and Bama all should have been losses for Auburn and again the stars aligned for them. Luckiest team in college football IMO. Both Mississippi teams have a lot of talent coming back, especially at the skill positions when the rest of the west will be breaking in new guys. I think we have a fair shot at anyone next year and out of Auburn, Bama and LSU I say we get Auburn simply because we are at home for that one. The Ole Miss game I don't see us favored the home team has such an advantage in that game. If Dak stays healthy we will be a very strong team a game or two into the season.

I will wait to see how they fair against Auburn. I would be more worried about them if we went to Starkville this year.

It still baffles me that people like you think the Auburn team that played Miss State was the same Auburn team that played for the National Championship. Pre TAMU and Post TAMU Auburn were two completely different teams. Ubfortunately , y'all will be playing the post team this fall.
