This thread is like a bunch of 12 year old arguing "my dad can beat up your dad".
"Lil bro" is nothing but a elementary insult grow men use to make themselves feel better about their football team on in the interwebz.
Oh and the cut out as an example of "lil bro"? It has everything to do with that return probably being the greatest play in college football.

Its a feeble attempt to downplay the significance of that moment in IB history.
ITs nothing more than a fun thing for recruits to do during this single offseason. They act like its a fixture on the side of the stadium or something.
