Yeah, it's amazing how this part of the coast has changed. I can remember going to Pensacola when I was young. Grandparents lived there. The only thing on 98 from PCB to Ft. Walton Beach was a liquor store. Now there is Destin and Sandestin. 30a has changed so much. I had a good buddy who's parents had a beach house at Seagrove. They didn't have neighbors for miles. There used to be nothing but dunes, trees, and rattlesnakes.

It's really amazing how 30A has changed. Been going down to Seagrove for 30+ years and it makes me a little sad to see how much it has grown up.
