And yet the Money and Forbes lists give weight to ratemyprofessor.com. How you can insinuate that they are any more legitimate than USNWR is beyond me.

I could go on that website and pretend to be a former student/grad of any school I wanted to and could give all the professors an F. Yep, that sounds like a foolproof system that can't be manipulated in any way.
