Hell we might as well make it a contest.
7 pts per arrest, 14 for a Felony.
plus 3 pts if likely to see playing time
plus 7 if a starter.
Let say official starting time in May 2014 and ends Week of first games.
So Lets get going with the Ist Annual SEC CMA (Crimes and Misdemeanors Award) preseason football championship. (Which I am sure some Bama fans are already claiming to have won and LSU will complain about the scheduling opening and ending dates.

Technically they weren't arrested. Going to need a ruling on this OP.

21 points if the arresting officer gets fired?

I think a formal charge would be necessary for points. Just being detained for a bit is sorta like

Yeah to be fair that have to be official arrest, not just rumors, team violations etc., by any policing body, even campus cops. Since contest is over in an month we will have to stick with original charges so if charged with a Felony get 14 points even if dropped to misdemeanor later. So just like there is no rule against holding in Tuscaloosa there is no rule against over charging.

No bike lock, no crime.

Arrest equal points in this. Ignorance of the law or actual innocence is no excuse. (Just like in real life)
