I think that's a load of shite but if true, at least some good came out of it. Hell if you google his name and click on images. No the new facility was already in the works. He was responsible for a bunch of idiotic last minute changes that brought delays in completion. Those changes were reversed as soon as he left, again bringing about delays.

There was really nothing good that came from his time in Knoxville
