I believe he's a great motivator. Just like I believe he had them motivated for the Oklahoma game and they just got beat by a better team.

The pressure will really be on Saban now. If he doesn't win a few more championships with the insane amount of talent he's piling up, things will get real interesting in Tuscalososa.
