Golden Flake is fricking awful. I don't like Lays but I love Zaps. I love how the major potato chip companies are realizing that Zaps hit a gold mine by being the first to offer kettle cooked chips. Look at Lays and company offering kettle cooked chips. I have to go out of my way to buy Zaps here in Montgomery.

Zaps are good but they aren't any better than Golden Flake. Some of you go nuts over them for the same reason you think Cains and Popeyes are the greatest chicken places on earth. Golden Flake makes as good a regular potato chip as any of the others. Neither brand is as good as Frio Lay's Ruffles or Pringles (P&G) though. Have to give the nod to Frito Lay out of Texas for best all around chip company.
