So let's see:
Traffic citation - Adjudicated by traffic or misdemeanor court, can usually pay early to avoid appearance, usually released at the scene.
This citation - To be adjudicated by misdemeanor court, can pay early to avoid appearance, released at scene.

Holder said Marshall was cited for a window-tint violation and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana -- a violation of a city ordinance. According to the Associated Press, it was under the passenger side visor.
He was not arrested, the chief said.
