I don't think it's a locker room problem at all. LSU has some elite guys start playing early. LSU will play a ton of freshman this year. Over the last 5 years, LSU has played more freshman than any other team in the country. After 3 years of actually contributing at the NCAA level, you are probably ready to move on.

Some of the guys who declared last year knew they were gonna be buried in the depth chart and obviously didn't care enough to get their diploma. There are plenty of reasons why someone would leave early and test the NFL waters, but I don't think the reason is in the locker room, unless you count younger players taking their spots.
