to be fair, Todd wasn't a terrible QB. 2008 was just that bad of a year, especially considering he wasn't anywhere close to 100%. Yes, Gus's system helped in 2009, but he was always a good decision maker with really good accuracy. 2008 he just had no arm whatsoever to put anything behind the ball.
