thats a pretty good list.
My thoughts...
I need to see what Autzen/Oregon is all about. Jordan HAre is a pretty good set up. Not sure if top ten, but pretty good. Neyland stadium gets too much hate on this board. I like going to games there. I have always thought kyle field sucked, but the renovations will make it top 3.

I agree, and yes I know there are plans. Have no clue about timelines though. I've bitched about updating the sound system for years, but it has fallen on deaf ears. The outside and concessions need the most work. The past few years, there has been an effort to improve concessions. Expansion is a ways off if you ask me. It really just isn't needed. Law of diminishing returns and what not.
