Completion percentage is so predicated on system. I mean, the QB's have to not suck, but largely, system dictates that to a certain degree.
Driskel will not be a great QB, but he will be one of the best in the country in completion percentage, but that'll be mostly because most of the throws in this offense are short and quick, which play to his limited strengths.

I take Mauk out of top 3 in percentage and put him in rushing catagory. He is scary when he runs
