The way I look at the question is that knowing what I know now and who I personally witnessed, ie. hindsight, who from a list of GA quarterbacks would you want to lead your team. You can't go by stats alone or championships alone. There's more to it than that.
Zeier would be the QB for my team.

Yeah I realize that. And Belue might crack my top 10.
Hell of a baseball player, but he simply wasn't that good of a QB. His entire reputation is based on one single play, in which he threw it about 15 yards and the receiver did the rest. He had some other moments (78 tech for instance, which gets overlooked), but in general he just wasn't very good. Put it this way, if Buck didn't have Herschel to hand it to 30 times a game, where would he go down in UGA lore? Honestly people probably wouldn't even remember him. In the biggest game of his entire UGA career, he went 1 for 12 for 7 yards.
