Probably cause is tricky. However, if you have nothing to worry about then why be a shithead and not comply. Things go bad when you appear to hide things.

As a prior military, random searches were an everyday thing. You are subject to one everytime you drive on to a base. Poor civilians

You chose to be in the military. We are still living in the US and have freedoms that we expect cops to abide by.

Haha, except this country isn't a military base.

I, as everyone else, have basic human rights guaranteed by the Constitution.

The 4th amendment is one of them. No probable cause, no search.

I was very respectful but firm in the incident and would repeat it at any scenario.


I guess you're the kinda guy who's OK with "papers please" mentality.. Yeah?
