Obviously you don't understand the type of QBs they were and the system they played in. The only way Coker sniffs heisman, is if he throws for 4000 yards and 35+ TDs and goes undefeated. He doesn't have the legs or system to be in consideration. Last year with McCarron even being up there was a joke and the whole nation knew it.
I wouldn't consider McCarron a "game manager" when he threw for over 3000 yards and 28 TDs with an excellent 9.1 ypa, but in no way was he a serious heisman contender, and having him in NY was laughable.
