When you are a fairly new poster, that rarely posts but lurks a lot, who is an Ole Miss fan named Randy, you try to stay clear on all posts related to this.

But from what I can tell, an alter is someone who creates a fake profile on here, and posts something to glorify their University of choice. Or maybe they post something incredibly negative about their University but in a really stupid way in an attempt to make another fan base look bad.

Also, apparently an Ole Miss fan named Randy is known for doing this.
