If you'd like, I could show you the yeild strength to temperature ratio, so you could see that sustained high temperatures of burning fuel and combustible office materials (copy paper, carpeting, desks, laminate flooring, ect) would have certainly been sufficient for causing the collapse of those columns especially is the force of the plane crash had stripped away portions of the fireproofing that had been applied to the columns.
