So you use hearsay from DOD engineers and you aren't even a DOD engineer yourself? I don't work for an engineering firm; I work for a large chemical company. I've done preliminary design for an overseas distillation column (proved it would be an unprofitable multimillion investment), done around $200,000 of capital project management, done heat transfer analysis that has saved ~$50,000, and am currently working on trying to improve the way we produce one of our products across the company, and that's 9 months of work. Yeah, my education was bs.

So you are an entry level engineer. Those numbers you throw out wouldn't even impress any of the government engineers you complain about. Like I said, Not hearsay, I have worked closely with those DOD engineers, while I have spent most of my career in uniform. Continue to beat your chest with your vast experience, maybe some will listen.
