You can throw Tennesssee out if you like but its really, really hard not to argue that Florida is the East's premier program, given that Florida's arguably the SEC's (not just the East) top program since we split into divisions and started playing a title game-- Florida's only won one less conference title than Alabama and LSU since we started having conference title games.
