I did the same for offense using Offensive Line, RB, QB and WR/TE rankings.

1. Alabama (6,1,5,1 = 13)
2. Auburn (4,6,1,4 = 15)
3. South Carolina (1,3,7,6 = 17)
4. Gay&M (2,5,12,2 = 21)
5. Georgia (10,2,8,3 = 23)
t6. MSU (7,11,2,7 = 27)
t6. Ole Miss (9,10,3,5 = 27)
t8. Missouri (5,9,4,11 = 29)
t8. LSU (3,7,10,9 = 29)
10. Florida (8,8,6,10 =32)
11. Arkansas (12,4,13,13 = 42)
12. Tennessee (13,13,9,8 = 43)
13. Vanderbilt (11,14,11,14 =50)
14. Kentucky (14,12,14,12 =52)

Then if you combine the rankings of offense and defense:
1. Alabama (1,1 = 2)
2. Auburn (2,6 = 8)
t3. Ole Miss (6,4 = 10)
t3. LSU (8,2 = 10)
t5. MSU (6,5 =11)
t5. South Carolina (3,8 = 11)
t7. Georgia (5,7 =12)
t7. Florida (10,2 = 12)
t9. Missouri (8,9 = 17)
t9. Gay&M (4, 13 =17)
11. Tennessee (12,10 =22)
t12. Arkansas (11,13 =24)
t12. Vandy (13,11 =24)
14. Kentucky (14,11 = 25)

Finally, using a 3.5 index for home field, here are your standings based on these unit rankings. Might be interesting to go back and look

West
1. Alabama (8-0)
2. Ole Miss (6-2) losses to Alabama, LSU
3. Auburn (5-3) losses to UM, MSU, Alabama
4. LSU (5-3) losses to Bama, Auburn and Florida)
5. MSU (5-3) losses to Bama, LSU and UM
6. A&M (2-6) wins over ARK, Mizzou
7. Arkansas (0-8)

East
1. Florida (7-1) loss to Bama
2. South Carolina (6-2) losses to Auburn and Florida)
3. Georgia (5-3) losses to SC, Auburn and Florida)
4. Missouri (4-4) losses to SC, UGA, UF and Gay&M)
5. Tennessee (2-6) wins over Vandy, UK)
6. Vandy (1-7) win over UK)
7. UK (0-8)

Would definitely be interesting to go back and look at it. Obviously, it doesn't take into account random happenings (AU tipped pass last year, Ray Drew ejected for targeting v Vandy and Ramik penalized for it v Vandy to extend a 4th Q drive, and injuries). My bigger concern is that it doesn't take into account off weeks or schedule set up. For instance, UGA has an off week before traveling to USCe. USCe has an off week before traveling to UF.

Another question, did you considering the neutral site game a home game for UF against UGA?
