LSU fans saying LF are being ignorant. Yeah, the kid may be great, but the question was in reference to next year not the next 3-4. Do y'all really think LF outperforms what Hill did last year or how good he is right now? Regardless of how much potential he has, it's very unlikely he puts up 1400 yards and 6.9 ypc as a freshman. Please temper your expectations

No we're not. High risk, high reward. I think LF has a higher ceiling than anyone else OP listed.

So frick off.

How do you think FSU fans would have answered the question 1 year ago if they were given the choice to have EJ Manuel who was a mid 1st round NFL pick back as the QB of a NC contender or a redshirt freshman that had never thrown a pass at the college level? How about if you asked the same question to Texas A&M fans the previous year when Tannehill was the #8 overall pick and his backup was another redshirt freshman that had never thrown a pass at the college level? For that matter, the 4 starting QB's in the last 2 BCSNC games where either RS freshman or a 1st year Div 1 starter. And it's a lot easier to step in and make an immediate impact as an inexperienced RB than a QB.
