It sucks but honestly the Falcons are more than just a player or two from being great at defense, they are going to have to fix something or start scrapping and starting over.

I'm not a doctor (just an orange cat) but it seems a full recovery is less common than an ACL tear. This injury seems more common in basketball, but it seems like a lot of those guys never get back full explosiveness (come back and are good but always about 90-95% of what they used to be). May be less important in football than basketball so a "full recovery" may be more likely.

Crazy this happened while testing/training with the medical staff.
