I know you are not a Mizzou fan so you wouldn't have reason to follow this closely so I give you a pass, but the chemistry of the team fell way the frick apart in Anderson's last year here, we skidded out on a bad losing streak, Kim English was going to transfer if Anderson came back and Mike Dixon was unhappy as well. Haith did a great job of getting that group to play organized structured offense and not gamble too much on defense (ring a bell for your current situation down there?) and a 30-5 season speaks for itself.

The motion offense is an organized structured offense, which is the main offense Mike runs.
Set plays are not the only way to run an organized structured offense.
The defense doesn't gamble too much, if anything they have been too tentative the past 3 years.
