He is entering year 15 or so and hasn't won a meaningful game in close to 10 years. Doesn't exactly seem like a national title trajectory.

He won as many meaningful games as Fulmer did in his las 10 years. Fulmer played for 2 SEC titles in his last 10 years...losing both. Richt played for 3....winning one in 05. That was 9 seasons ago. The Sugar Bowl in 07 was kind
Of meaningful as well. There is no such thing as a NC trajectory. Would you have said Auburn was on that trajectory after 2012? Yet, they almost won it last year. Any perennial SEC power is in the hunt....some years more than others.
