It's a tough call, they are about as equal as two coaches can get as far as accomplishments. One way to look at it is which one would you want coaching your team at their prime? That's a pretty difficult question to answer and I don't think I can answer it

Agree.
the first one really isn't even up for debate. It's fulmer and since we're talking about black and white numbers it's not really disputable.
As for who's the better coach? That is debatable, and I'd go with Richt. Fulmer did most of his damage beating up on a pretty weak SEC that had only 2 or 3 really good teams every year. Richt is facing a much tougher league. In one year, Richt had to coach against dennis erickson, nick saban, urban meyer, phil fulmer, steve spurrier, and tubs. Fulmer never had to face anything close to that gauntlet.
