I never had a problem with this guy, didn't think he was the right guy, but he's seeming to be the shite.

If they actually do well this year, I may develop a man crush on Kim.

They should have hired him 5 years ago.

IMO, he hit a homerun by hiring the former Spurs and Florida Gators' S&C Coach.

Maybe. From what I've heard, he may disagree. That could be him being political though.

After all the bull shite, I'm so meh on BB, that any inkling of positivity makes me irrationally exuberant.

I've been the same way for a while. I was willing to cash out on BB after the hire, but son of a bitch, the moves he's making and the shite he's saying has kind of gotten me bought in.

I hate admitting I'm wrong in these cases, but I really like what he's doing so far. I really hope we win.

I'm excited to see what his team plays like. But new staff, very young team, it's almost certain not to start very well

I think they make they tourney.

Defense goes a long way.

I remember being a mess in regards to defense. I could score at will, but defense, huh?

When I was taught how to play efficient defense, roll off the pick, help side, etc., my entire game changed.

However, that was 20 years ago, and were talking about me, who's best offer was a partial at Central Methodist.

As a dude who now just watches basketball and doesn't play, I still think the 'D' is where it's at. Good defense results in turnovers, which leads to mis-matches, fastbreaks etc. my coaches were all disciples of Norm. Defense leads to free points.

I tend to agree with this mantra, even if it is an old school way of thought.

Insert a decent big fella, a run a productive triangle like offense, and points will come.

My old school playing days just make me like KA. I feel like I'll watch a game this year and see fundamentals.

I like that.

That was very gadfly-ish.

If you don't get it, don't worry, nobody will.

I think it takes a while to get that system in place, especially on a team that's not used to it

You're upsetting the social order by posing novel ideas such as a bball team playing defense. That's my take

Well, the issue wit KA is his age, not coaching ability. Im just praying he lives long enough to see his dreams blossom.

Friends, I've been in the South for some time now living in SEC country and reading this rant for several years before our Tigers joined the conference and I must say, for sure, that a lot of the folk down hear have to look up some of the words you use. Just kind of makes me chuckle to myself; they don't get the dry intellect.
