I don't know, the Cleveland Browns are on their way up, IMO. I think they could be a surprised team in 2014, depending on Josh Gordan's pending suspension.

Ben Tate is in a better situation, though. Houston Texans are breaking in a new offense, and Ben Tate would have still been second fiddle to Arian Foster. Kyle Shanahan coaches the Cleveland Browns offense now, which is the same type of offense Ben Tate used in Houston. Gary Kubiak comes from the Mike Shanahan coaching tree, as Kyle Shanahan does.
