You're going to have to explain this one

Walt Disney under Walt was a small entertainment company focused on goodwill, creativity, decorum, and favorable business practice.

Modern Disney has become a corporate culture of greed, slave labor, coverups, and strong arms even the mafia would envy.

People die at Disney but the park historically had the power to "clean it up" before OSHA or law enforcement could get on site to investigate. How many other corporations have similar ability to evade the law. LINK

That 40 dollar Disney sweatshirt used to be made in the USA by american workers and providing american jobs. Disney was one of the first (later Nike) to make them in Central and South American sweatshops (under Eisner) for around 17 cents. Lots of money for Eisner (who never passed the money back to shareholders or employees) so he could pocket money to make himself a billionaire.

Disney started several film companies to make films Walt would never approve of due to content of film. A film about a hooker and a corporate raider would never have gotten approval from "family" Disney under Walt, but got made under Eisner Disney.

Disney gave us Annette Funicello and Lisa Whelchel as early Mouseketeer's but modern Disney gave us Brittany Spears as the "new" role model for young women growing up watching the mouse. Modern Disney has given us kids shows that are terrible shows for kids to watch and have turned the next generation of kids in monkey see, monkey do.

Here is a samling of the modern Disney LINK

Several folks in the SEC have already commented on the "deal with the devil" (their term, not mine) on the new SECTV deal. While the money will flow, several think the long term effect on the SEC will not be positive.

All you said can be boiled down to: Disney is a corporation.

There's a hidden 666 in Walt's signature, and the clouds spell 'sex' in The Lion King. We're all under the demonic sexually charged mind control of a mouse.

Yeah, Disney's first priority is to make money.

So how are they leading the "downfall of America?"
