Combined with Cyrus losing his 1st rd grade because the pass protection was piss poor. 600 yds of offense, impressive, but ultimately didn't get the job done. It's like the UGA offense v. Clemson to open the year. 500+ total yards if I'm not mistaken, but it was painfully clear that we didn't have the ability to run the ball without a healthy Gurley in the game. You could blame the D, but we knew coming into the year that it was unlikely we would win a game in which Murray failed to throw a single TD pass.

At this point the arguments on Bama's offense are comical IMO. Bama fans were largely disappointed in its performance starting with Week 1 last season and praised Saban for nudging Nuss out the door. Now there is a whole lot of defending Nuss and that offense.

I wish still had the dunno emoticon
