I think a lot of people around here have forgotten that Bama was 11-0 going into the Iron Bowl last year, and the only win that wasn't by double digits was Texas A&M.
It's not like we struggled all year and dropped a couple in the middle of the season. We had absolutely dominated every team we played - with the exception of Texas A&M.
Auburn scored 2 touchdowns in the last 34 seconds of the game to give us our first loss of the season and keep us out of what would have certainly been a 3rd consecutive national championship appearance.

Yep, people forget how close Bama was to playing for a three peat last year. That's good, will make all the melts even sweeter as we rip their hearts out one by one this season. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconPimp.gif)
