On February 2, 2005, The Boston Globe wrote a feature[2] checking up on the former Patriot quarterback. In the article, the Globe quotes Hodson as saying: "Although I didn’t have great success as a professional I played six years and it was a great honor to play in the NFL. I am grateful I was able to play six years.” The Globe reported that Hodson lives in Baton Rouge with his wife and his 10-year-old identical twin daughters, and quoted Hodson as saying that he lives in Baton Rouge because he has "fond memories" at LSU and because Baton Rouge is "a good place to raise a family.”

The company my wife works for is also involved with him in some way. She came home a month ago and said "some former LSU player came into the office today to talk to my boss. His name was Tommy Hodson, was he good?" I laughed, then asked her for a divorce.

He was awesome. Some of my first LSU memories as a kid were watching Hodson.

He was awesome in his first game as a Heisman candidate in college station in 1989. Oh wait, that campaign never really got off the ground. Blowout loss.
