This!

being 6'3 myself i know for a fact it is much harder for those of us over 6' to squat, we make up for it with core and upper body strength. If you are that height and under 190-200 you most likely rely on core strength but even still you should be able to at least bench your own weight...

These numbers just dont add up

yup, Hell probably in about a 3-4 month routine in a good workout should be able to get to a 180 max, if you are trying.
