You have member institutions voting in their own self interests rather than what's fair and equitable for the teams and the fans. Basically you're asking welfare teams to vote for entitlement reform and when they predictably don't do it Slive throws his hands up and says he's done all he can do.

Playing Florida every year has been one of the best things for us (LSU).
