From what I see, at this time, is Black people, as a whole, being the most racist people in the Country. I don't think it's close, either.

I think the level of racial resentment depends upon where you live and where you go. Every place has a history that carries over. Personally, I've met far more white people who were racist than black people but I know there are areas that probably wouldn't be he case.

But racism isn't such a black and white thing (no pun intended). There are racists who spout shite and are hateful but who do nothing. There are racists who would actively (rather than passively) harm a person of a different color. I'm less worried about Bubba White and Bubba Black calling someone of a different color a name than I am Jon White and Jon Black who beat, kill, murder, rape, intimidate, harass whether solo or as members of a hate group.

Neither form is good and their are shades in between but I'd rather deal with smack talker than the guy who is willing to deny an apt/job or beat me to death because he doesn't like my color or my friends' color.

So you, as a white man, have found white people to be racist in your presence (as they see you as one of them), but the black people you've been around seem less likely to be racist when around you (when you would be someone who would be a target for said racism)?

That's some compelling arse shite man
