Yes, the stadium suites have a setup that allows them to get around the rule. I've sat in the Zone at a couple of Bama games where people are allowed to keep liquor in a locker in "pouring" rooms. You can fill up a coke with ice at one of the free drink machines and then get your liquor out of the locker and mix a drink. You can eat free food and get plastered in what amounts to a ballroom. You can open the glass doors and go to your seat or you can stand at the glass windows and watch the game there. It's an awesome setup.

Does Alabama not have a bar/club in its stadium for suite-holders and other club members?

It's the same in VH for the Rebel and SEZ club seats.
