Check for food allergies man, I know Joe Rogan was talking to one of his guests about it, an Asian dude, who said that when he ate certain foods like beef it'd give him really bad gas.

I also had really bad anxiety when I was in high school that gave me the same thing -- except my stomach just made a lot of noises, not actually farting.
