Most of what he put out in his realignment articles were retreads of articles that were out months earlier on MR SEC and Frank the Tank.

I don't know about that, I followed the realignment pretty closely myself and I didn't see anything from franthektank that was more than his opinion(which stinks as much as anyones) and really wasn't any closer to correct either, since he never thought Mizzou had a chance. Sure he posted some northwestern guys stats, so what, every ahole on the internet claims "my numbers are good, they're based on fact",, big deal, no real proof of anything from that blowhard either.

Clay did some very original projections of what the SEC network could be worth, show me where mrsec or whoever did that first.. go ahead we'll wait.

Frank himself was way off base because he looked to much through the B1G colored glasses and seemed too infatuated with Texas. I will give him credit for proposing to view realignment through the eyes of a college president. Mr SEC took that part and did an extensive post (like 20 - 30 pages) around march or april of 2010 when Clay was still not paying attention. The big part was Frank's posters who replied from all over the country. That is where the best stuff came from. It was in those responses that I first saw Notre Dame to the ACC or Maryland to the B1G. Both did not really make the mainstream until much later when they actually happened.

If you are a Mizzou fan then you should be well aware MR SEC picked the Tigers to the SEC earlier than anybody and was a supporter of theirs from the beginning. Clay did not start covering it until several folks emailed him and gave him a poke.

Most of which was based on 3 dollars a month carriage which is nowhere near to what is actually happening. Again, making something sensational than actually doing the research is classic Clay. If you are a Mizzou fan I am surprised that with a school known for real journalism and the hard work of credible sources and fact checking you are enamored to a blogger who does neither.
