I don't think it is his arrogance that has held him back. I think it's simply a lack of talent. He never really wowed anyone on the field. Him falling really shouldn't be that surprising.

nah man the draft has been turned into reality television and these ESPN types are desperate to add a "story" to whatever happens

AJ isn't getting drafted because he isn't a first round talent - you have to be a cocky arrogant bastard that ACTS like your first round talent but the tape don't lie

I really think his arrogance hurt him in the draft process. Had he interviewed well and not felt all he had to do was sit on his two NC rings he might have gone sooner.

You are interviewing for a job in the NFL and regardless of what you accomplished you still have to sell yourself. He didn't consider there are questions surrounding him and his abilities. That is more than a talent issue.
