I haven'r said anything negative about Fairley. I asked since the same thing happened to him that happened to Ingram,should he be considered a bust?
Funny I don't detect the glee in this thread by the Barners that there was in the Ingram thread....

Ingram is a bust, Fairley isn't.

The San Fransisco 49ers nearly passed on Aldon Smith's 5th year option, and the Denver Broncos almost passed on Von Miller's 5th year option...it isn't always about production.

The Detroit Lions, apparently, aren't happy with Nick Fairley work ethic. Not to say it's shitty, it just isn't where they want it to be. He's been a tad bit overweight some of the time he's been in Detroit, as well. Plus, their defensive line is pretty stacked, IMO. Oh yeah, and the coaches that drafted Nick Fairley are all gone (safe assumption on my part).
