Meh, you are talking about taking away rights instead of granting equal rights.

Huckabee's argument that the voters should be decide is flawed because the majority isn't often going to grant equality for a minority, that is where the courts come in in our government system, as he would have learned in his 9th grade civics class.

As far as the state, if the judge's decision is over turned, the licenses granted will likely not be revoked, again you are taking away rights...

You're missing the entirety of my point.....A county judge does not have the power to strike down any state law, no matter if your view of said law is equal rights or basic rights. Speaking on gay marriage or the right to carry a weapon, they're all laws in our state.

The timing of how he did this was very manipulative and unprofessional.
