And there you have it. Say that 90% would want him. That leaves a dozen that wouldn't, and in the rarified air at the top of the mountain where LSU and the Vols want to play, it isn't good enough. Did LSU have enough opportunities on offense to win in 2012? Sure. But that didn't stop 15 Vol fans the next day from telling me how many times they'd seen the same thing in Knoxville.

Here's a clue: The term "Third and Chavis" was not coined by opposing fans.
