I didn't say the left doesn't play the same games to get their base in line, but the right is currently just playing into their hand. I believe the conservatives have an economic message that could actually play to the middle/non-partisans and win. The presentation is awful and at times downright mean-spirited toward the less fortunate among us. You don't make the left defend policies that aren't or won't work. Instead, the right practically paints the picture of the greedy, old, out of touch white guy for them.

Stop screaming about the laziness of society, the "entitlement mentalitiy" and the welfare queens. State your ideas and explain why they are better. The left leaning media will still try to marginalize it, but you have them railing against reason instead of a caricature that is easy to demonize. You catch more flies with honey.
