47% chance.

Someone convince me we will be better than last year and these 4 and 5 star recruits will make an immediate impact. I need some hope and optimism

I think there is a good chance.

At the very least we should have a better pass rush, which hopefully will mask a lot.

We have a chance for some of the best DT play we have seen in a while.

I expect our offense to be more efficient when we do slow down the tempo, which will keep games from slipping away.

So there is cause for koolaid

Do we have a nerd who can look at our historical range for total defense last year within 20 or so teams(were there even 10 worse defenses than ours?), and see the most progress any of them have ever made?

I just don't know how anyone can really think all these guys can make an immediate impact. In 2015? I'm drinking the coolaid on it. I think Golden/Mastro/Claiborne/Garrett make up a naaaasty core. Next year? I just don't see how it's plausible we finish better than the 60 or 70th best defense in the country. I would love to be proven wrong, of course.

Myles is gonna get y'all on the right track, he's a future first rounder without a doubt.
